  Trinity is a wonderful, loving place to send your children. My son attended ages 1 yr - 4and My daughter was there 1 1/2 years. All the staff is very friendly and encouraging. We never encounterd any problems, and my child is a very strong willed child. They were always very gracious and eager to help the children grow and learn. Not sure about the bad review, however, I do know that they only accept children that are at least 6 months of age.

  Trinity United Methodist Mother's Day Out and Preschool has been a blessing for my son. The atmosphere is one of love and respect for the children and parents. Over the past 2 years at Trinity my son has grown both intellectually and socially. Many of the teachers have been at the school for over 20 years and their knowledge of child development is unmatched. Any time I have needed to talk with one of his teachers or with the director the communication has been simple, encouraging and thorough.
  This year my child is in PreK3 and he was so excited to start back to school. Making a decision on where to send my child was a big one (as it is for any parent). It is so helpful when you feel like you are leaving them in a learning environment with family. I look forward to starting my youngest son when he is ready!

  We joined the Trinity family a little over a year ago, because in all our "church shopping" we couldn't find a more open hearted, welcoming congregation. Large enough you don't feel pressured to serve, but small enough there are always opportunities.

  I brought my 5 month old daughter for the first day of a Mothers Day Out program. My instincts told me to take my time and to show my daughter around the first day, but instead I was rushed out the door. 1 1/2 hours later they called me to tell me that she was too young and to come pick her up. I arrived immediately and my daughter was very upset. Management mentioned that she did not use the pacifer -- as tho this was a problem.
  
  When I arrived to pick her up, my bags were already packed. The nursery staff never came out to talk to me to tell me what happened. The "Management" just told me that my daughter was upset and that it wasn't going to work out. Whatever! They obviously didn't want to make the effort but with the kind of money that they charge, they should be a little bit more in control of babies and at least know how to manage them!
  
  This is not a very nice situation for me or my daughter and I felt so bad for her. I asked them if we could try it again maybe SLOWER in terms of introducing my daughter to the place, but they basically said NO. I think they realized after the fact that an infant this age would take more time and attention, and that they just did not want to make the effort to do so. Fine, but they should have thought about this before accepting her, and surely should have a better solution than sending us home like that! (especially being a CHURCH..?!!)
